Established in 1997, Shaoxing Tianlong Tin Materials Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of arc-sprayed materials for metal contact layer of film capacitors and corrosion protection, as well as various composition of tin solders. Close to railway, expressway and airport, we are enjoying convenient transportation.Since 1992, the market share and capital assets have been greatly increased through the continual development of new products. Covering an area of 52,000 square meters, including building area of 32,000 square meters, our production environment is clean and tidy.Our company is the standing director of China Electronic Materials Industry Association, member of Capacitor Branch of China Electronic Components Industry Association, and member of National Thermal-Spray Association. In 2001, we were appraised as "Zhejiang High-Tech Enterprise", and in 2005 as the "National Key Hi-Tech Enterprise".Shaoxing Engineering Center of Soft-Soldering Technology was set in our Company. With the Center's support, we have developed many kinds of new products such as zinc-aluminum alloy wires, zinc-aluminum-copper-magnesium alloy wires, tin-zinc-antimony-copper alloy wires, rare-earth containing zinc-aluminum alloy wires and lead-free tin-zinc solders.Moreover, we have complete manufacturing equipment for smelting, squeezing, wire-drawing, wire-circling, and packing of alloy wires with annual output of 10,000 metric tons. There are also some advanced instruments for the chemical analysis, testing and measurement of products and raw materials.We have become one of the largest manufacturers of arc-sprayed metal materials for head contact layer of film capacitors with complete series. The products include tin-zinc alloy wires, lead-free sprayed wires, tin-silver-copper alloy wires, tin-copper alloy wires, Babbitt alloy wires, zinc-aluminum alloy wires, zinc wires (bars), low-melting-point sprayed wires (bars), aluminum wires and lead-free tin solder wires. Some of them are also used for soft-soldering or as sprayed metal materials for corrosion protection.Our products are popular in China (including Hong Kong and Taiwan Area), as well as the U.S.A, Europe, Japan, Indonesia and Australia.
